Discription of Events: Guy made a u-turn almost hitting someone else who was turning right. Right turn had arrow and the right of way. He proceeded to tailgate the other car down the road laying on his horn for 2 miles at least and swerving back and forth into my lane. Guy was possibly white with dark hair and a patchy beard.
