Discription of Events: Driver was driving very dangerously and speeding through a neighborhood at speeds of 60mph in a 25mph Residential Zone. Driver ran a stop SIGN and failed to obey a TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE. Warning to stay away from this crazy driver.
