Discription of Events: Was weaving in and out of traffic westbound after crossing the Gandy Bridge. I moved over from the left lane to the right but not fast enough for her so she passed on the right shoulder and forced her way between two other cars. She continued this behavior till turning off on the 4th Street exit.
