Discription of Events: Was driving south on 31. There was roadwork going on where the two lanes merged down to one right before the stop light at the gravel pit. This young dark haired male flew in front of me and swerved into my lane within an inch of my car. When I laid on the horn he proceeded to flip me off. He seems to have a history with reckless driving according to this site. I do have video of him cutting me off.
