Discription of Events: 60 yr old woman with glasses tailing me on my bumper in a school zoned area of 25mph then speed limit went up to 35 mph she sped around me, and started hitting her brakes, both ended up in front of a red light I wanted to get out and knock her block off. Instead reported her to the police and took a photo of her plates
