Discription of Events: Held on his horn when the light turned green because I didn't go fast enough apparently. Sped around the left of me, crossing a double yellow towards oncoming traffic. Sped up infront of me, started swerving and deliberately slamming on his breaks trying to throw me off of the road. This was in a 30mph zone.
