Discription of Events: I was traveling on I-40 East in the right lane with my cruise control set to match the flow of traffic. A man driving a dark blue Honda Odyssey slammed on his brakes for no apparent reason, nearly causing both of us to run off the road and cause a traffic accident. He then stuck his arm out his sunroof in what appeared to be him recording me with his cell phone.
