Discription of Events: Female passenger would let down window and yell at other vehicles shaking her fist. Driver stopped in the middle of a roundabout to switch to wrong lane and cut in front of another vehicle. Made constant lane switches and would abruptly stop in the middle of an open road with vehicles behind.
