Discription of Events: Believe it was Ohio but possibly Michigan license plate. Car was a tan/sand/gold color Mercury SUV. Swerving all over the road, cutting people off, slowing up and the speeding up on other cars. Driving I-75 South in northern Ohio just North of Lima on 7/11/18 at 1530.
