Discription of Events: After dark at aprx 7pm 2/19/2019 A merge onto I-40 East from 15-501 South in Durham, NC. Cars orderly merging - left right left right into right entrance lane onto 40 - car from left in front of me moves over - this car behind me hits the gas and speeds up and nearly sideswipes me moving into my space in the left lane. ????? Plenty of space behind me - not sure what that was - other than blatantly and purposefully dangerous - and a very near accident.
