Discription of Events: I have no idea how this guy got out of his car. I saw he was parked extremely close next to my car. I saw there was a slight ding on my car. There was about 5 inches between his car and mine. Why not move? I got his plate to post on this website and unleash my hatred for Sanford drivers and parkers. I wish I could add photos here, but maybe in the future. :)
