Discription of Events: Tail gating while driving clearly at an excessive speed passing in no passing zones this is the second day in a row that this lady has done this, yesterday almost cause a head on collision and almost ran a elderly man off the road while passing him on a bridge. She literally comes out of nowhere and goes i'm guessing 80mph in a 40 zone.
