Discription of Events: I was going down the freeway on the second-to-leftmost lane and they came up behind from the rightmost lane and swerved all the way into me into my lane from the side. I barely dodged within 1/3 of a second without crashing and potentially dying. Good thing the road was relatively clear and I was alert. They then continued to accelerate to 95+ mph as they swerved across the highway a couple times and then into the rightmost lane. They continued speeding that quickly until they made it all the way to the light where we both turned left and I took a photo (when it was red and safe). They continued to drive recklessly and swerve between many cars whilst speeding 20 miles over the speed limit until they were out of sight.
