Discription of Events: It was raining so I was making sure to keep a safe following distance with the car in front of me. He was driving dangerously close to the back of my bumper and would often speed up and stop suddenly. He almost hit me numerous time. He eventually passed me and did this to every other vehicle he was behind, including service vehicles and trucks.
