Discription of Events: They were stopped at a 2 way stop sign where they attempted to turn right in front of the oncoming vehicle approaching my direction where I was yielding to turn left onto the road the unknown driver was on. They then proceeded to aggressively cut me off as I was in mid turn when I had the right of way, as this was a two way stop sign. After I decided to follow them to see their plates they sped off west down the road until I turned to a side road.
