Discription of Events: I did not turn fast at a red light and he honked his horn. Once I turned he jumped in front of me and kept hitting his brakes trying to make me hit him. I went around him and he kept following me all the way to my street. I took a photo of his plate then he took off. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
