Discription of Events: This driver is reckless beyond belief. He turned right on a red light (permitted) but did so as I was well into the intersection. He looked at me but didn't care, I hit the breaks very hard narrowly missing him. He then took off at high speed and unfortunately turned left a few streets away, but the same street I was turning on. He abruptly did a U turn in front of me, I once again had to hit the breaks. I took a picture of his plate and only wish I had a dash cam as I would have gone straight to the police. There is no way this person does not have an accident record.
