Discription of Events: This was a truck. The driver honked their horn while I was sitting and waiting for the car in front of me to make a left turn. The driver then continued tailgating me and when I motioned for them to pass me they pulled their phone out and while driving recorded me and flipped me off. They then 100 feet from the stop sign aggressively passed me and then continued to record me as they sat at the stop sign. They were speeding down the road and when they caught up to another car they proceeded to tailgate them.
