Discription of Events: Tailgating, was constantly honking as I slowed to approach and pass a Sheriff with animal control along Cherry Branch. We both passed followed by Tailgating for about 10 seconds until they passed and sped up to 70+ in a 55mph zone, then began to tailgate another vehicle that was ahead of us.
