Discription of Events: Reckless driving, high speed. Almost hit me on drivers side as she tried to go in the lane I was driving it, had no care in the world and made me swerve to the right almost wrecking my car. Female proceeds to go at a high speed down the highway, gets off an exit and heards towards Warren and runs 3 complete red lights. I reported her to the local police dept for an FYI
