Discription of Events: White female driver with red hair red shirt was aggressively driving very dangerously through a parking lot almost hitting people not paying attention was acting very suspicious and at one point engaged in road rage with someone and it looked like she pulled out a black handgun that had an extended clip on the weapon and was holding it in a threatening manner to others on the roadway. Then she was SPEEDING away.
