Discription of Events: 11/23/20 10:00AM Vehicle was speeding on northbound I-15 and approaching a construction area. Because traffic was slowing to enter the construction area, the driver elected to drive on the right shoulder, pass several vehicles and then merge dangerously close to the last truck he passed. If you know who owns this vehicle, please smack them for me. Hard!
