Discription of Events: 02/22/2023 5:50 p.m Driver needed to head north on I295 off of San Jose Blvd. Proceeded to cut through traffic and came inches from clipping the front of my truck and trailer to "cut in line". To do this, the driver even ran over the curb to achieve her aggressive actions.
