Discription of Events: He blew through a stop sign leaving a parking lot and nearly hit me. If I had not seen him coming and slowed down he would have hit me. He then proceeded to go straight from a right turn only lane, again almost hitting me in the process. He did not use turn signals at any point, and was driving recklessly.
