Discription of Events: Was driving 50 mph on highway, highway limit is 55 mph, this guy behind me first flashing lights cause we not going fast enough, he suddenly speeds up the car and go on front of us, sudden stops the car, so I immediately drives to the left, he goes to the left, I go to the right, he goes to the rest, nearly hit my car, an inch away. He also almost hit other cars
