Discription of Events: Traveling in NB I-71 in morning rush hour commute around exit 14. I was in the left lane doing the speed of the car in front of me. This Volkswagen crossed over the solid yellow line on the left shoulder (illegal in Ohio) to pass me! Then had to slam on their brakes to slow down before hitting the car in front of me. This car was weaving in and out of lanes and tailgating everyone. A dangerous driver with some really bad habbits.
