Discription of Events: Reckless driver got angry for being cut-off but wasn’t cut-off in a way where they were break checked, they got mad and cut me off and break checked many times which I felt like it was a threat and as I wanted to take a pictures and stop them to talk to them about what they are doing is not safe they try to run from me cutting more people off and speeding. And I was able to take picture of their license plate also not to mentioned they later try to slowed down and record me and take picture of my license plate. Hope they don’t do this to others.
