Discription of Events: He went to switch lanes and didn\'t have any room to get between 2 cars, and still merged into the lane. Forcing the car he almost hit to move to the shoulder of the highway. Then went back into his lane and did it again. The other car managed to get to the shoulder again. And they were having to drive side by side until the other car had space to get back on the road.
