Discription of Events: Vehicle, along with two other vehicles (second was a Mustang, I’m unsure of the third vehicle) was driving recklessly/speeding/streetracing (unsafe performative driving) and the third vehicle did a burnout and almost hit a jeep in front of it. This happened on 200 between On Top of The World and I-75 between 10:45-11:00 PM
