Discription of Events: Speeding, tailgaiting, and very aggressively weaving in and out of traffic. The driver seemed to have stopped after i took a picture of their plates and started following them to see if my friend in the passenger seat could get a video of them doing it. I stopped following once they pulled into what mightve been their neighborhood and left.
