Discription of Events: His name is Jamal he go by Abdinasir on uber in Cleveland Ohio he claimed that the pic that is currently up isn’t him but he sexually assaulted a 16 year old on the way taking her to the west side then tried to pay her 16 dollars to not say anything she threw the money out the window trying to throw it at him once she did that he said he was about to shoot her making her get out the car and made her pick up the money
