Discription of Events: At the intersection of Tharpe Street and Meridian Road is a sign on the traffic light that says, "Do not turn right on red." At 11:17 AM, this vehicle ran through that red light so they can get to wherever they are going regardless of safety of other vehicles. Stupid and impatient indeed.
