Discription of Events: Speeding in a 25 zone and running within inches of hitting a cyclist. (me) The bike lane in this one way road was blocked by a parked car. The action for the cyclist is to look over, signal, temporarily enter the center of the road then return to the bike lane. The driver honked while revving and speeding past the cyclist while between the parked car barely avoiding a deadly accident.
