Discription of Events: Driver was SPEEDING, RECKLESS DRIVING, IMPROPER Lane Changes without using proper singals, almost caused an accident by not leaving enough room while making IMPROPER lane change. This is a company Van called Standard Plumbing which is a company I would not reccomend especially if their drivers drive like this. I would stay Far Away from this company. Driver was also smoking while operating a motor vehicle.
