Discription of Events: 8AM on July 18, 2018, the white female with straight brown hair driving a Toyota Tundra full-size truck aggressively passed on the right-hand shoulder on the merged single lane section of the elevated flyover from the westbound Sam Houston Tollway Beltway 8 to I45 North. Her truck appeared in my passenger window as I was driving in traffic behind an 18-wheeler at freeway speeds. I slowed down to let her in before she hit me or the concrete barrier. Traffic was heavy on I45 but I observed as she continued to drive dangerously, cutting across lanes of traffic, then speeding back into the right-hand merge lane to continue passing on the right, driving with reckless disregard for the safety and lives of others.
