Discription of Events: While sitting in traffic on I-85 South this truck decided to drive down the shoulder passing everyone and when an 18 wheeler tried to prevent him from passing any longer on the shoulder he swerved over in front of me and I was barely able to stop to miss him and we were barely moving. I may have been going 2mph and he quickly swerved right over with no signal or anything.
