Discription of Events: Almost ran into our car multiple times with kids in the car. We were folling the flow of traffic. So close to our bumper I saw that they were both wearing sunglasses and girl has blonde hair. Followed so close that they could barely break for a clear red light and honked at us for stopping normally at red light. They followed like that until they were able to go around us speeding.
