Discription of Events: Entitled male driver driving in the parking lot at the Shoppes of Lorton Valley in Lorton, VA. He had complete disregard for the woman that was crossing the street to get on the sidewalk. He did NOT stop his car and let her finish crossing, instead he continued to drive and almost hit her.
