Discription of Events: I was parked outside a Dollar Tree waiting for it to open. Then I see this car come full speed at me (inches away) almost sideswiping me, she had to quickly turn its like she didnt see me at all. Parked in front of me. The lady was eyeing me and giving me ugly looks then when she saw me take my phone out, she sped off almost hitting this other driver then ran the stop light near the store. She came in cutting through the parking lot spaces and left that way. She didnt stop, nor slow down. Luckily, a car was waiting to turn and saw her coming. Had he not, there wouldve been an accident. This woman has serious issues.
