Discription of Events: Women sped thru school zone. She got upset that I honked at her and tried to get my attention as she flipped me off, she rolled down her window and threw an object at my car. She saw me take photo of her plates at the next light and she made a turn at the next light.\r\n\r\nPreviously submitted this plate with wrong state.
