Discription of Events: 2 lane road in both directions, A black male driver (mid-30s to early 40s) wanted to make a unsafe lane change by squeezing in last minute (because of double parked cars in his lane). He got upset when I did not allow. Cars were double parked/making turns at intersections so he drove over to the opposing lanes (with incoming cars) just to get in front of me .
