Discription of Events: This driver is extremely reckless on the road. Stopped traffic in a 65mph zone just to get someone off his tail when he was driving under the limit. He nearly caused a chain effect of accidents that would have left multiple people injured. He was inciting verbal threats and violence with his demeanor when driving. This mans driving was endangering to all those around him.
