Discription of Events: This car was parked at the #M4 bus stop in front of Irving Pavilion (associated with Presbyterian Hospital), located on 168th & Fort Washington. Buses coming to this stop have to double park to let passengers board. This is extremely difficult for wheelchair- bound people. This is the first time I have made the complaint, but many cars have done this. I snapped a photo of the car at the bus stop.
