Discription of Events: This car passed me on the highway going at LEAST 120 mph. They were swerving in and out from the few cars on the road (at 1am), very unnecessary, considering they had room. They got off the same exit as me, and I took a picture of their license plate at a red light, which they proceeded to run through once it became longer than a minute of the light being red. This was on a busy boulevard as well. This driver is dangerous, reckless, irresponsible and does not deserve the privilege to drive.
