Discription of Events: Recklessly driving throughout road and Lowe’s parking lot, almost hit four different people and was about a half a foot from hitting someone in the crosswalk. Not paying attention, distracted driving by being on their phone texting while in a parking space and swerving lane to lane without a turn signal.
