Discription of Events: I was driving along Eastern Parkway, in Brooklyn New York on August 29, 2002 at 6:29 pm when the driver began cutting me off and laughing. U tried to get away from him by moving to the next lane and he repeated the action 2 more times. I honked him and the driver began screaming obscenities and making racist comments "What are going to do about it SHANIQUA?!" I took a picture of his plate and he started to become enraged. The driver was a white male full dark beard, dark baseball cap, dark shirt and sunglasses, approx. 150 pounds, mid 30's to early 40's. I got past him and he and he began chasing me while his passenger recorded. Passenger was Hispanic male, early 40's, no facial hair, short hair, approx. 165 pounds.
