Discription of Events: Was driving in our neighborhood with a speed limit of 20 mph when all of a sudden this vehicle passes us going well above the speed limit (At least 35 mph by my guess). This neighborhood only has two-lane roads (one for each direction) so attempting to pass another vehicle is frowned upon and complete unnecessary. Then after that the vehicle ran a stop sign right after passing us while still speeding. The car had to stop by the red light at the exit of our neighborhood and I have a feeling they wouldve ran it too if it wasnt for the large amount of traffic in the area that day. Additionally once I caught up to the vehicle and took a picture of the license plate to report, the owner stuck their hand out of the window and gave me the middle finger. The vehicle owner did all this only to get stuck in traffic at a busy intersection right after exiting the neighborhood so what was the point of his reckless driving? He endangered himself and many others who live in our neighborhood while not even saving himself any real time.
