Discription of Events: Did not yield on turning right out of shopping center onto Barry Road (from The Venue North shopping Center). continued to speed in excess of 10 over the speed limit on Barry heading West. Ran into the curb turning out of the shopping center at high rate of speed and almost ran into another car which had to stop for him. Very reckless!
