Discription of Events: This girl was inches off my bumper. I was doing the speed limit when she pulled in behind me at the high school. I tapped my brakes and she never backed off. She continued to drive like this until we reached the corner of Ft Johnson and Folly Rd where I was able to get her tag number and description of her car.
