Discription of Events: Speeding in excess of 20 MPH over (60 in a 40) going North on N OAK TRFWY just south of Barry Road, approximately 5 PM CST today. After honking at them, they braked and slowed down in front of me but then just decided to speed up again... very fast and dangerous.
